PSU, College of the Arts, Lincoln Recital Hall

Portland State University’s Lincoln Recital Hall (Room 75) is a very intimate and acoustically excellent performance space with approximately 200 seats. The Recital Hall is located on the ground floor of PSU’s Lincoln Hall, directly below the larger Lincoln Performance Hall.

NOTE: It is best to enter the building from the entrance at the corner of SW Market & Broadway.

Parking

All parking at PSU requires a fee. Parking rates are subject to change, so check signage upon entry. Bring your license plate number to payment kiosk. Visit PSU’s transportation & parking webpageto learn about “Pay-by-Plate,” “Extend-by-Text,” and “Parking Kitty.”

  • PSU Parking Structure 2 on Broadway between Mill and Montgomery is the closest to Lincoln Hall, just 300 feet from the east entrance
  • PSU Parking Structure 1 is at Broadway & Harrison
  • PSU Parking Structure 3 is at 12th & Mill
  • Metered street parking
ADA Accessibility

Please detail your mobility needs when ordering tickets. We want you to have the best seats possible. Lincoln Recital Hall is located on the ground floor in Room 75. Row I has five ADA wheelchair seats at its center, just inside the hall entry doors.

ADA Parking

  • PSU Parking Structure 2 on Broadway between Mill and Montgomery is the closest to Lincoln Hall (300 feet from Lincoln Hall). It has 1 ADA parking space.
  • PSU Parking Structure 1 at Broadway & Harrison (800 feet from Lincoln Hall) has 24 ADA spaces.
  • PSU Parking Structure 3 at 12th & Mill (1500 feet from Lincoln Hall) has 12 ADA spaces.
  • There is one designated ADA metered street space on the left (east) side of Broadway between Market and Mill, just outside of the entrance to Parking Structure 2.

If you are driving yourself and 800+ feet is too far to travel, your best option is probably the non-ADA street parking. There are regular metered street spaces on the right (west) side of Broadway with a wide shoulder that is safe for dropping off or parking and unloading from the right side of your car. Just watch for cyclists!

ADA Entry
The accessible building entrance is on Broadway between Market and Mill. This entrance is on the ground floor.

ADA Restrooms
The men’s and women’s bathrooms, to the immediate left and right of the Recital Hall entrance, have accessible stalls. Accessible single-occupancy all-gender restrooms are located on the ground floor in the southwest corner of the hall (Room 22), and on Level 1 on the north side of the building near the yellow elevator (Room 144).
