Donor & Patron Privacy

Chamber Music Northwest respects the privacy of its donors and ticket buyers, and has put in place a strict Privacy Policy to honor and recognize their rights.

DONOR PRIVACY: Chamber Music Northwest maintains absolute confidentiality of all of its donor information.  We never sell, trade, or share our donor information with any other organization, non-profit or commercial - period.

PATRON PRIVACY:  Several times a year, we may share general ticket buyer information (name and address only) with other arts organizations so they may inform our patrons of other arts programming that is congruent with our mission.  We share this information only with other arts organizations, and we never share e-mail addresses, phone numbers or any other information other than name and address.  Patrons may request that we not share their information, and we exclude their information from any lists we share.

DONOR AND PATRON INFORMATION WE COLLECT:
Chamber Music Northwest collects and uses personal information such as: name, address, phone number, and e-mail address when a patron voluntarily provides it to us. In addition, we maintain a record of each donor’s giving history, and each patron’s ticket purchase and attendance history. This information is maintained in secure files and electronic records that utilize a high level of encryption and online security technology.  CMNW maintains this information for marketing, legal purposes, to analyze overall giving and attendance trends and patterns, and to help make accurate projections for budgetary purposes.
