2026/27 Season
Chamber Music Northwest’s 2026/27 Year-Round Season presents six concerts featuring virtuosic performances by the greatest ensembles and artists in the music world. From classics and classical guitar to CMNW commissions, son jarocho musical traditions, and a percussion extravaganza, the season’s selections emphasize the boundless range of chamber music.
Our fall performances kick off with an evening of stellar string quartets played by the world-renowned Dover Quartet, and a rare U.S. appearance by pioneering French classical guitarist Raphaël Feuillâtre. The new year brings the return of the Chien-Kim-Watkins Trio, featuring Artistic Directors pianist Gloria Chien & violinist Soovin Kim with cellist Paul Watkins, followed by the dynamic Viano Quartet with ground-breaking bassist Nina Bernat performing recent works commissioned for them by Kian Ravaei and Alistair Coleman. Spring brings two stunningly new and innovative events: Vijay Gupta and Grammy-winner La Marisoul’s reimagining of The Four Seasons, and the always-innovative Sandbox Percussion and Andy Akiho with the West Coast Premiere of their new evening-length work, Pentalateral.
