Chamber Party featuring the Brentano String Quartet
Chamber Music Northwest is thrilled to have the famed Brentano String Quartet serve as our 2021/22 Artists-in-Residence. In addition to their concerts and education activities, they will give this special chamber party performance to help us raise funds to support our Education and Community Engagement programs. The Brentanos are known worldwide for their innovative programs and their sensitive and truly musical performances. Come enjoy spending an evening with violinists Serena Canin and Mark Steinberg, Misha Armory, viola, and Nina Lee, cello. CMNW Board President Davida Wilson and husband Slate Wilson will provide a lovely reception in their southwest Portland home, just above downtown. The concert will be held indoors, in order to protect the quartet’s instruments, but we can enjoy the beautiful view from their deck before and after the performance.
Proceeds from this event benefit Chamber Music Northwest’s Education and Community Engagement programs.
