Get driving directions from Portland city center.
Travel by bus using Tri-Met route 19.

Kaul Auditorium is at the west end of the main quadrangle. Useful parking areas are shown with "P" markers to the southwest, far northeast, and far southeast on the Reed campus map.

Parking at Reed

There are several parking options on the Reed campus, including the West, North and East lots. Street parking is also available on Woodstock Blvd. You may wish to consult the Campus Map, above.

• West Parking Lot (enter on 28th Ave.)
The nearest lot to Kaul Auditorium, the paved path to the concert hall contains a hill that may be problematic for some. CMNW provides a shuttle service (starting at 6:45) from the lot to the hall, for those unable to walk up. Note that the West lot fills up very fast; arrive early, and do not be tempted to park illegally on 28th Ave.— Reed College and Portland Police are patrolling this area, and you will receive a ticket if you park on 28th Ave.

• North Parking Lot (enter off Steele, between 33rd Ave. & 33rd Pl.)
If you are able to walk 4-8 minutes, we encourage you to park in the North lot. After parking, head south and cross the footbridge, and follow the path west toward Kaul (the Student Union and Gray Campus Center will be on your right). This path is fairly level, and makes a very attractive walk.

• East Parking Lot (enter off Woodstock, between 36th & 38th Aves.)
If you are able to walk 5-10 minutes, we encourage you to park in the East lot. After parking, follow the foot path west, making your way past the library, Eliot Hall and Gray Campus Center. Like the path from the North lot, this route is level.
